
![]() 5 x 7 inches Last spring I was on the way to a wedding on an estate in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains. It had rained earlier, but now the sun was out and everything was green and lush. Luckily I was a passenger so I could snap a quick picture as we were driving along. I did this painting quickly this morning. I didn't want to labor over the details, but tried to convey the lushness of the passing scenery.
